LIVING AREA
The open plan living area provides a modern, fully fitted kitchen & dining table, plus a spacious lounge with panoramic views through the front windows and two large double floor-to-ceiling doors, all with blinds.
There is under-floor heating throughout. Sony TV, DVD, Sonos S1 sound system. WiFi throughout.
KITCHEN DINING AREA
Fully fitted kitchen with Oven, Induction Hob, Fridge/Freezer, micro, dishwasher, washing machine and sink.
Breakfast bar seating for 2 at the island. Dining table with seating for 6.
A travel cot & high chair are available for a young guest on request.
The views across the Sound of Mull, along the coast & to the Munro Ben More are breathtaking.
BEDROOM ONE
This room is usually made up as a SuperKing, but can be made as a twin. Stunning views to the east with sun rises to enjoy with a cuppa in bed!
Linen and towels provided.
Equipped with Sony television & hairdryer.
Spacious shower room ensuite with large electric heated towel rail.
BEDROOM TWO
This room is usually made up as a Twin, but can be SuperKing.
Equipped with a Sony television.

OUTSIDE
Wooden bench. Fishing off the head of the pier to the East (right).
Parking space on the shore for two cars, adjacent to the BT pole.
